*Changes, Cancellations & Refunds Policies *

Changes: There is no fee to change the name associated with a registration.
There is no fee for a session change but we cannot guarantee space after initial confirmation as seats are awarded first come first serve.

Cancellations & Refunds: 
Cancellations made before July 1, 2017 are 100% refundable. Any cancellations made on or after July 1, 2017 will be refunded registration fees less any non-recoverable costs incurred by SMARTTraning NOW.
Non-recoverable costs are as follows:
     1-day registration: $100
     2-day registration: $125
     3-day registration: $150
